How do I renew my domain name?
You will receive a 30 days advance notice when your domain is coming up for renewal. Make sure your email address is valid, working and up-to-date.
Do I own the domain name?
Yes – we always register the domain in your name or in your customer’s name if you are working on someone’s behalf. This way should you choose to move your domain or should you choose to sell it, you can do so with ease
Can I register a domain name and not buy Hosting?
Yes, this is called domain name parking and if you decide to add web hosting in the future you can easily upgrade with one of our feature rich hosting packages.
Why was my domain deleted?
If you do not renew your domain in time, it gets suspended and it’s thereafter queued for deletion, this process usually takes about a period of 30 days, within which you can still restore/redeem the domain but once this period is over your domain is deleted and anyone can register and own it.
How do I transfer my Web pages to your server?
You need to give us the domain name that needs to be transferred, and access details to your current hosting so that we can copy the files, emails and database over.
How long will my domain registration take?
They are registered as soon as you order them and send us proof of payment but it can take between 4 and 24 hours for them to become visible online.
What is free domain name registration?
Depending on the Hosting package you choose or other products you purchase, we offer free domain name registration. In other words you cannot order free domain registration as it’s just a complementary product.
